Returns ?

Jamedgefinearts.com customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to
return items for a refund of the items purchase price or exchange. Packages must ship via
insured carrier such as FedEx or UPS at the customer's expense. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Customers desiring exchange items must include a note listing the desired
exchange items, or frame selections for reframing.

Shipment Damage ?
Answer
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, just send an email to
info@Jamedgefinearts.com
stating the nature of the damage to the carton and contents. We will schedule a FedEx pick-up of
the damaged item and process a replacement order.
Shipping Time ?

- UPS Ground service - usually ships in 7-14 days.
- UPS 2 day or International Service - usually ships in 3-7 days.
- We do not ship to PO box addresses.
